In April the annual WindEurope fair took place in Copenhagen. HeliService was there with a booth and 4 employees as the only offshore helicopter logistics provider. At a trade fair, it is first and foremost about the real encounter. We were able to meet our customers, suppliers, but also new interested parties. This is exactly what makes the company personal and concrete.
The wind energy industry is booming, and ambitions are high. Exhibitors gave their all to present their innovative products and services and to achieve the industry’s goals.
We very much enjoyed the very professional atmosphere with people who know what they are talking about, but also relaxed chats with interesting counterparts from all over the world. After all, contact with customers and potential employees is crucial for the success of a company.
HeliService’s two main take-aways are:
✅ Values & Culture first
Oliver Freiland stresses: “Now it’s time to support each other to be successful and to leave a positive impression. Because cooperation and trust are the key to success. Every contact can be the beginning of a valuable relationship. Especially in an industry as competitive as the wind energy sector, good relationships and a strong corporate culture can make all the difference.”
✅ Talent first
The real battle is just beginning – the search for qualified personnel. Competition is fierce and everyone is fighting for the best minds. The Student Day was therefore a good opportunity to meet the experts of the future and make new contacts, which was an important opportunity for us to attract new talents. Oliver Freiland explains: “At HeliService we focus on fairness, respect and appreciation when looking for talent. These values go hand in hand with our general corporate culture.”
Now, for us at HeliService, it’s time to work through the experience and follow up on all the new opportunities. We are grateful for this positive experience and look forward to seeing you at the next fair.
