In order to create a home for our employees, we have purpose-built or leased two accommodations at our two locations in Germany, Emden and Munich.

Modern & comfortable

In the middle of the seaport city of Emden, on the grounds of the former Karl von Müller barracks, lies the modern accommodation, furnished with 40 high-quality studios and apartments for our employees and business customers.
The historic „Göben-Haus West“, where the NBC defence battalion 110 Emden was stationed until 1996, now invites you to spend the night and work in a relaxed atmosphere.
Not only in the furnishing we have attached great importance to a modern ambience and a comfortable feel-good atmosphere, but also accessibility is an important characteristic of the new building because the non-smoking house has handicapped accessible rooms as well as an elevator and free WLan.

Studio

The 25 to 40 sqm studios are suitable for a stay of up to two people. They have a combined living room and bedroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Their high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired and the real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating provides a homely atmosphere. Further features of the studios of the studios include: Queen-size beds, a 40-inch flatscreen TV, a seating area, a desk and a modern shower bathroom with towels, hairdryer etc.

Apartment

Plenty of space to feel good for up to three people offer the apartments with a size between 42 and 52 square meters. The living room with sofa and desk as well as a free Wifi network is the perfect union of leisure and business needs. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and tea offerings is integrated into the living space, guaranteeing an all-around comfortable stay. The high-quality real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating underlines the feel-good character of the rooms. A separate bedroom with queen or king-size bed promises undisturbed sleeping pleasure. In addition, the apartments have a modern shower room with towels and hairdryer.

Fitness

In a more “Day-to-Day Perspective”, Safety is:

Getting enough exercise significantly increases well-being. That’s why a spacious fitness area and a separate gymnastics room are part of the standard equipment at HeliHouse Emden.

HeliHouse Munich

Near & dear

West of Munich, only 14 km from the special airport Oberpfaffenhofen, lies Inning am Ammersee. There we have leased a traditional hotel in 2022, in order to be able to offer our employees a nice atmosphere after work.
The hotel has 21 rooms, with private WC and shower, as well as TV and WLAN. The spacious kitchen invites you to dine together.
In summer, the Wörthsee in Bachern is right on the doorstep and the hotel’s own StandUp Paddles can be used for after-work fitness. A bicycle garage to charge e-bikes is right next to the house’s own parking lot.

21 double rooms furnished in Mediterranean style offer all amenities.

The rooms have comfortable double beds, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms have windows and provide sufficient ventilation. A spacious shower or bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer complete the comfort.

The larger rooms also have a sitting area, ironing station, refrigerator, and a vanity mirror in the bathroom.

Further bonuses in the overview:

  •  Ample parking directly at HeliHouse Emden.
  •  A bicycle cellar & in-house bicycles, which can be used on request.

Breakfast

To welcome you, a selection of coffee and tea specialties as well as cold drinks are available in your room.
Enjoy your start to the day with breakfast in our winter garden against the backdrop of the historic brickwork of the former Karl von Müller barracks.
Participation in the breakfast buffet is possible for our guests from Monday to Friday from 7 to 9 am.
The price for breakfast is 10,50 Euro per person.
The city center is not far and nearby are supermarkets, ATMs, bakeries and much more.
